How PCR Plastic is Made:

The production of PCR plastic begins with the collection and sorting of recycled products in commercial and residential recycling programs. The plastic is then separated for washing and scrap materials are removed. The recyclable plastic resin is then extruded and reprocessed into post-consumer resin.


PCR Plastic Uses:
PCR plastic can be recycled and mixed with other plastics into a variety of content percentages, up to 100%, to create PCR plastic bottles, jars, and closures. PCR plastic containers are often used in the cosmetic and personal care industries to package ecologically conscious products.
