Lightweight production process for glass perfume bottle

2019-06-10
Doing the ingredients work is the first step to achieve lightweight production

Formulation design, raw material composition, particle size, moisture, batch uniformity, quality of cullet and uniformity of addition of raw materials and batch materials have a direct impact on product quality. To do the batching work, we must implement a stable formula, formulate and strictly implement the raw material standards, and institutionalize the preparation process of the batch materials. Domestic lightweight bottle production pays attention to this link. The weighing and precision of production, the computerized electronic weighing equipment used in the batching system, the dynamic precision should reach 1500, to ensure the quality of the ingredients.

The melting process is not only to ensure the quality of glass packaging, but also the key link in the greening of glass perfume packaging.

The glass melting process can be roughly divided into five stages: silicate formation, glass formation, clarification, homogenization, and cooling. The melting process uses continuous operation, which is carried out in different parts of the furnace to control the precise melting temperature in stages. The stability of the kiln operating process specifications is critical. Generally, the melting temperature fluctuation does not exceed 10 ° C, the liquid level fluctuation does not exceed 0.5 mm, and the kiln pressure fluctuation does not exceed 2 Pa to prevent the furnace space from igniting, thereby preventing quality problems such as stones, color, appearance, and strength. In the production of lightweight bottles, the fluctuation accuracy of the distribution channel temperature and the glass level is very high, and some are controlled within ±2 °C and within ±0.2 mm.

Of course, to ensure the accuracy of the production process indicators, it is necessary to promote the fuel kiln, improve the kiln type, use a warm, wide section, large roller-type horseshoe flame furnace. The kiln is subjected to a series of measures such as full insulation, furnace bottom bubbling, electric fluxing, kiln kiln, and thermal parameters using microcomputer control, so that the melting rate reaches 1.5 to 2.0 (t?m-1), and the melting quality is obviously improved.

Effective molding control is the guarantee of the desired molding effect and uniform wall thickness

The process of producing glass cosmetic bottles from glass liquid can be divided into two stages of forming and shaping. Molding and shaping are carried out continuously. During the molding process, it is necessary to control the viscosity of the glass, the temperature, and the heat transfer to the surrounding medium through the mold. Glass containers typically control the forming operation from three characteristic temperature values: softening temperature, annealing temperature, and strain point. Different products, through testing to determine reasonable parameters is the key, the bottle making, feeding and heating system and the molding process used is the fundamental guarantee to obtain uniform wall thickness and achieve light weight.

Implement effective annealing to eliminate harmful residual stress

Annealing of glass jars is a heat treatment process that eliminates or reduces the residual stress in the glass to an allowable value. Any glass product has residual thermal stress or stress during processing. In order to eliminate these thermal stresses, the glass needs to be heated to the annealing point for heat preservation and soaking, so that the structure inside the glass is adjusted and the stress is released.

The annealing process of glass includes heating, heat preservation, slow cooling and rapid cooling. It is necessary to accurately control the holding time according to the wall thickness. In the slow cooling stage, the cooling speed should be strictly controlled to avoid new stress. In the fast cooling stage, The wall thickness uses different cooling speeds to prevent the temporary stress generated during cooling from exceeding the strength limit of the glass and causing cracking.
