First, pre-processing. The pretreatment of glass bottles mainly includes three aspects: pre-off, main off, and surface adjustment. The main off-line has certain requirements on the temperature, so it is necessary to carry out insulation treatment.
Second, preheat. Preheating is performed after the pretreatment is completed, and it usually takes 8-10 minutes to increase the adhesion of the glass bottle.
Third, the glass bottle is ash-purified. In order to improve the quality of the product, this part is necessary. Soot blowing can remove the dust and particles on the glass bottle and keep the surface of the glass bottle clean and smooth.
Fourth, dusting. This part is the part that brightens and adds color to the glass bottle, and is also the most important part of the dusting master technology.

Fifth, drying. The powder drying is preferably maintained at a temperature of 180 to 200 degrees. In order to improve the efficiency, the distance between the powder blowing chamber and the drying furnace is preferably within 6 meters.
